We're happy to clean every surface, but we don't handle personal belongings — nor would we know the proper place to put them. To help you get the best clean, please put personal items in their proper place and have the floors and counters clear so we can do what we do best.

Whats included in a cleaning ?

Every standard clean covers the kitchen (counters, sink, stovetop, appliance exteriors, floors), bathrooms (sinks, toilets, showers/tubs, mirrors, floors), bedrooms and living areas (dusting, vacuuming, mopping), and general tidying throughout. If there's something specific you want extra attention on, just let us know.

What if im not satisfied ?

Just let us know the day of the cleaning and we'll be back within 24 hours to make it right — no extra charge, no hassle.

Question 4

Do I need to be home during the cleaning ?

Accepted Answer

Not at all — many of our customers aren't home during their cleaning. If you'd like to be there, that's fine too. Just let us know how you'd like access handled (a key, a code, or being home to let us in) when you book.

How does pricing work ?

We offer flat-rate pricing because we believe in simple, upfront numbers — but we'll be straight with you: that's a real risk on our end. Every home is different, and a house that's been neglected for months takes a lot more effort than one that's cleaned regularly. That's exactly why we're built around recurring service. A home that's cleaned weekly or biweekly stays easier to maintain, which is what lets us keep our rates this low without cutting corners.

If your home needs something more specific, or you're not sure our flat rate fits your situation, we're happy to come take a look and give you an honest, upfront estimate before anything's booked.

How is payment processed ?

Accepted Answer

Prefer hands-off? Save a card and we'll bill automatically after each cleaning — no action needed from you. Otherwise, pay by cash or card on-site, or by card through an emailed invoice. A small processing fee applies to card payments. You'll get an emailed receipt either way.
